Thank you for illustrating my point. There are *many* ways a station can
make use of the data provided by the survey. It bothers me when people
insist upon operating in the dark when operating in the presence of
useful information comes at virtually no cost. Also, as David Eduardo
pointed out, it is globally useful to know radio's total audience,
something that can't be precisely determined if some of those in the
survey universe choose to be invisible.

Fortunately for KKUP, there are plenty of programmers who do not insist
upon putting their heads in the sand, and are willing to do their craft
in the light of day.
